Please include a brief description of the problem and your app and iOS versions if relevant. Leave out children’s names, photos and exact locations. Sending email shares your address and message with Veliqon and email providers.

Your adventure is saved on your device. We cannot access or recover it remotely.

Explore safely

Explore outdoors with a grown-up. Never use the game or a photo suggestion to decide whether an animal is safe to touch or eat. For urgent situations, seek help from a person and appropriate local services.
